In my Humble opinion, There is no practical solution to Hyderabad for both Seemaandhra or Telangana other than being
United and maintain status quo. The rationale is as follows.
1) TRS/Telangana wont accept the state of

If division is unstoppable then instead of making Hyderabad as the common capital of India, Make Ongole as the capital of Andhra-Rayalaseema.
